Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Revvr, you agree to these terms. Revvr is a product of Klavyn Digital Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the service.

2. What Revvr does

Revvr is a database reactivation platform for estate agents. We help you reach out to past contacts via email and SMS, manage replies using AI, and book valuations. We are not a CRM, and we do not replace your existing systems.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Each account is for a single organisation. You must not share access with anyone outside your organisation.

4. Your data

You own your data. When you upload contacts to Revvr, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact those people. We process your data only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Revvr to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Upload contacts without appropriate consent or legal basis
  • Attempt to circumvent opt-out or compliance mechanisms
  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws, including GDPR and PECR
  • Resell, sublicense, or share access to the platform without our permission

6. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We process payments through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

7. AI-generated content

Revvr uses AI to generate replies to inbound messages. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI interactions and can override or edit AI replies at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klavyn Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Revvr. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Revvr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
