Why We Built Revvr

The story behind the AI revenue engine for independent estate agents. We start with why, because that is the only place worth starting.

There's a well-worn idea from Simon Sinek that most companies can tell you what they do, some can tell you how they do it, and almost none can tell you why they exist. He calls it the Golden Circle, and his point is simple: people don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it.

So before we tell you what Revvr does, we want to tell you why it exists. Because if you don't believe what we believe, the features won't matter to you anyway.

Why: we believe the independent agent should win

Walk down any British high street and you'll find them. The agency with a family name over the door. The owner who valued half the houses on your road. The negotiator who remembers your kids' names and knows which side of the street gets the afternoon sun.

Independent estate agents are the backbone of UK property. They built their reputations one instruction at a time, over years, sometimes over generations. They know their patch better than any algorithm, any call centre, any national brand ever will.

And they're being outgunned.

Not because they're worse at the job. They're usually better at it. They're being outgunned because the corporates and the online agents have something they don't: teams of people whose only job is follow-up. Marketing departments. Call centres that answer at 9pm. Budgets that turn every enquiry into a chase.

Meanwhile the independent owner is doing the valuations, running the viewings, managing the staff, and answering the phone, all before lunch. The follow-up that wins instructions is the thing there's never time for.

“Brilliant agents lose to bigger machines, and that never sat right with us.”

That's why Revvr exists. We believe the local agent, the one who actually knows the area, who actually cares whether the sale completes, should win. Not just survive. Win.

Everything we've built is in service of that one belief.

How: we do the work you never have time for

If the problem is that independents don't have a team dedicated to follow-up, the answer isn't another dashboard. It's not another CRM to feed. It's something that behaves like an extra member of staff: one who never sleeps, never forgets, and never lets a lead go cold.

So that's how we built Revvr: as three engines, run by one AI, doing the work in the background while you get on with the job.

Engine 01

Reactivate

Every agency is sitting on years of old valuations and enquiries that never instructed. Around 7% of homeowners sell in any given year, which means a slice of your old database is preparing to sell whether you contact them or not. They will instruct whoever stayed in touch. Revvr enriches every contact, scores them by how likely they are to sell, and re-engages the ready ones from your own number and your own domain.

Engine 02

Defend

A third of listings fail: expired, withdrawn, reduced, gone stale. Behind every one is a frustrated homeowner who needs a new agent, and some of them are people you have already valued. Revvr watches your postcodes daily and tells you the moment a past lead lists with another agent, in time to pick up the phone and win them back.

Engine 03

Win

When a homeowner wonders what their house is worth, the first agent to respond usually wins. Revvr gives you a branded valuation page, and the moment someone submits their details the follow-up begins: a text within a minute, a real conversation, a valuation call booked into your diary.

And underneath all three engines sits one principle we refuse to compromise on: every lead ends one of two ways. Either it's booked, a valuation call sitting in your diary, or it's briefed, handed to you with a summary of who they are, what they said, and what to do next. Never a dead end. Never a lead that quietly evaporates because everyone was busy.

You always get first crack, too. When a message comes in, you have five minutes to jump in yourself. On viewings? At dinner? It steps in for you, in your tone, from your number. Your clients just experience your agency being impressively quick.

What: the AI revenue engine for UK estate agents

Only now, with the why and the how in place, does the what make sense.

Revvr is a platform that turns your existing database into booked valuations. In practical terms, that means: contact enrichment with full property intelligence on 29 million UK homes. Predictive scoring that tells you who's worth calling this month. Automated SMS and email campaigns that sound like you, not like software. An AI that qualifies every reply, day or night, and books valuation calls straight into your calendar. A briefing before every call so you walk in prepared. Postcode monitoring that flags expired, reduced, withdrawn and relisted properties across your patch. Rival-listing alerts the day one of your past contacts lists elsewhere. A branded instant-valuation page that captures leads you own outright. And a single inbox where every conversation lives, with compliance, opt-outs and consent handled properly throughout.

It works alongside whatever CRM you already use. Your CRM stores your contacts. Revvr wakes them up.

One extra instruction a quarter pays for the entire year.

One instruction is worth £3,000 to £5,000 in fees. Plans start at £199 a month, and your database almost certainly contains far more than one ready seller.

The circle, closed

We didn't build Revvr because AI is fashionable, and we didn't build it to add another subscription to your outgoings. We built it because we believe the agents who built their names one instruction at a time deserve the same firepower as the chains that outspend them, and because the only way we win is if you do.

If you believe what we believe, we'd like to show you what Revvr finds on your patch.

Your database is full of your next instructions.
